1. Preparing a message

You can choose a service and optionally add your business name and a message to prepare a draft on your device. This part of the website does not submit those details to a CRAD server or store them in an enquiry database.

Choosing to continue in WhatsApp passes the draft to WhatsApp for you to review and edit. We receive the message only when you choose to send it within WhatsApp.

2. Contacting CRAD on WhatsApp

If you send a message to +972528476224, we receive your number, the information WhatsApp makes available and the message content. We use these to answer your enquiry and discuss and follow up on the requested service.

WhatsApp and Meta also process messages under their own policies. Contacting us does not subscribe you to general promotional messages. We do not sell your information or pass it to advertisers.

3. Website hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process your IP address and technical browser and connection information to serve and protect it.

The website does not include analytics tools or advertising trackers. The demonstration uses sample data and does not create a real appointment.

4. WhatsApp appointment service information

When you message the CRAD appointment bot, we receive your phone number and profile name as WhatsApp provides them, the content of your messages and appointment details if you book: date, time and service.

We use this information to reply, book and manage appointments, and send reminders or cancellation notices according to the service configuration. Messages pass through Meta’s WhatsApp, and appointment service data is stored on Supabase. The business you contact sees your appointment details.

5. Links to other services

Opening WhatsApp or the client system takes you to that service, where its own policies also apply to information processing. Preparing a draft on this website does not create an account or book an appointment.

6. Retention and deletion requests

We do not retain information longer than needed for the purpose for which it was collected. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop further follow-up on your enquiry.

For appointment bot requests, include the number you used and the business name so we can locate the information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. You do not need to send DELETE to the bot; use the contact below.
